Advertised selection is where we use a targeted advertising campaign in either the National Press, specialist publications or both to source a supply of candidates.

This method can work well if the client is looking for candidates with generic skills from a broader cross section of industry sector. E.g a Finance Director from any sector or a strong commercial Sales Director.
