This well established provider of residential property investment advice was looking to expand its` London sales operation.


With the boom in the buy-to-let market in the UK, this business was experiencing a huge demand for its services.  A series of UK wide investment seminars had secured a number of new investment members and this meant the company needed to expand its` internal sales team to market new property investments to its` members.


Executive Headhunters conducted a full headhunting exercise concentrating on operations with large outbound call centres.


A shortlist of 5 candidates was produced which resulted in the appointment of a Call Centre manager from the telecomms sector as well as a team of 8 who moved with him.
