Our Client were seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to establish a new Marketing department within their UK operation. They needed someone with experience of International Marketing, particularly in Europe and the Far East. We recommended our combined Headhunting and Advertising service to ensure full coverage of the market place. As some technical understanding of Electronics was desirable, we focused the headhunt on Electronics businesses within the right geographical area. We placed the advertisement in a National broadsheet to capture any potential candidates located elsewhere in the UK.
Our shortlist contained candidates sourced through both the headhunt and the advertisement. The successful candidate came from an Electronics business in the same geographical area.
