With a Managing Director and Sales Director already in place, they were looking to make a number of appointments over a 6 month period. Executive Headhunters focussed on headhunting from providers of specialist software serving the engineering and construction markets.

After the first round of interviews, 4 appointments were made, with 4 more over the following 4 months.
