Our client, a world leading IT consultancy was looking for a Solutions Architect which they were finding particularly difficult to come by. Having tried advertising and recruitment agencies they decided to contact us as they had a recommendation from an existing client. We recommended a full headhunt due to them wanting a technically qualified individual with a proven track record within the industry. We researched the competition and the industry to ensure we targeted highly experienced individuals. Due to the expansion within the organisation and the quality of candidate the client decided to employ three out of the five candidates short listed.
